There are so many advantages available to members on the OSA stand (W350) and we can’t wait to see plenty members there.  We will also be there to inform countless visitors about the amazing impact our members have on UK optics.

Marketing

Please remember OSA members can contact the OSA PR Consultant Janice English on [email protected] who will be compiling press releases to the optical press in the run up to the show about the OSA and its members at 100%.    Members will have their logos displayed on one of the stand walls and members will also have the chance to display a logo noting you are a member of OSA on the company stand. In the coming week there will be a section on the OSA website listing all OSA members exhibiting which will be shared on social media and via press releases in the run up to the event.  Remember you can always contact the marketing team at 100% Optical for any marketing assistance you would like for your company’s stand before, during and after the show through the 100% Optical media network on [email protected] and/or  [email protected].

Encouraging visitors to OSA member stands

We want as many people as possible to visit OSA members stands.  We have devised a ‘trail’ which gives visitors a sheet with a list of all our exhibiting members and their stand numbers. If they manage to visit each member stand (with a stamp from a rep on the stand), there will be a daily draw for all applicants to win a case of wine. More info will be sent to members on this next week.   OSA exhibiting members are on our website here https://www.osa-uk.co.uk/osa-members-exhibiting-at-100-optical  and, as above, will be promoted as much as possible pre and during show.

Meeting Rooms

There are two meeting rooms available on the OSA Stand.  One can hold 3 people and the slightly larger one can hold 5-6 people. These will be available for OSA members use exclusively.  If you would like to book one over the course of the three days, please contact [email protected] from Wednesday 17 January or simply book at the show.

Presentation and Lecture timetable

OSA members have already taken advantage of this opportunity and have booked some lecture slots on the OSA Stand.  This timetable will be updated in coming days to show more presentations sponsored –  or carried out by – OSA members https://www.100percentoptical.com/seminar-programme-2024 These will be promoted before and during the show. The OSA Chair and Board are delighted to announce that Prof Pearse Keane will once again be giving the OSA Keynote Presentation on ‘Transforming Eyecare with Artificial Intelligence’ . This will be taking place on Sunday at 1.00pm  and we hope to see as many as possible of you there.

Refreshments on the stand

Exhibitions can be busy – and tiring! 100% will be buzzing over the three days so if you need to take a break from you company stand (or your visit to the show if you are not exhibiting), OSA members can simply come to the OSA stand for a free tea/coffee/water at any point.

OSA Members’ drinks reception – 4.00PM – Saturday 24 February

After what will be a busy first day at the show, the Chair and Board would be delighted to welcome as many members as possible to the OSA Stand for the opportunity to enjoy some drinks and catch up with colleagues and friends from 4.00pm on Saturday.  We will be reminding OSA member exhibitors – and members visiting the show – about this in the weeks beforehand and look forward to seeing you there.

We hope to see as many of our members as possible at 100% Optical to take advantage of all the fantastic networking, knowledge and industry information it has to offer.

If you have any questions or comments about any aspect of OSA or 100% Optical, please do not hesitate to contact Marianne on [email protected] or the OSA Chair Roy Stoner on [email protected].
