Nearly 60% of practices would like more marketing support from suppliers to help engagement with their patients, according to the exit survey of last year’s 100% Optical.
OSA member companies will be out in force to offer advice and guidance at this year’s 100% Optical – 1-3 March, Excel. Key to any marketing initiatives is a good practice management system (PMS) which allows engagement across multiple platforms, believes the OSA.
Optinet, the IT division of NEG, will be showing the progression in its cloud-based PMS, with the launch of Nova. This allows patients to see their latest prescription, next appointment and contact lens schedule. It also enables patients to send messages to the practice and share images taken on their mobile phone, taking patient engagement to a new level.
Phil Mullins FBDO, NEG’s Managing Director is delighted with the early response to Nova –
“A wide variety of practices from small individual businesses to groups of multiples are all enjoying the flexibility that Nova offers their businesses.”
Cosium’s UK Sales Director, Colin Hurst is keen to meet those who would like to learn more about combining audiology with optometry in the practice –
