OSA AT 100% OPTICAL (STAND M230)
With 100% just around the corner, the OSA want to remind members about what’s going on at the OSA stand. All members will have received correspondence on this with full details, but please see below for a reminder.
The OSA stand provides sufficient space for two meetings rooms.
OSA members can use our meeting rooms FOR FREE. Some members have already taken advantage of this and booked some meetings in. However, you can visit us on the stand at any point during the exhibition and we will hopefully be able to accommodate your meeting request.
Drinks Reception – Saturday 23 April 4.30 – 6.00
After what will have been an incredibly busy first day, we will be delighted to invite OSA members to our stand for some much-needed refreshments. This will be the perfect opportunity to catch up with friends and colleagues and discuss how the first optical exhibition in two years is going.
Just be there from 4.30pm and we look forward to seeing OSA members there!
Presentations and Lecture slots
We are delighted to announce the OSA Keynote Speaker – Peter Thomas, Chief Clinical Information Officer and Director at Moorfields Eye Hospital. He will be giving a presentation on ‘Transforming Healthcare with AI’ on Monday 25 April at 11.00am. This is a hugely relevant topic for everyone involved in optics and will prove to be hugely popular. Book or arrive early to ensure you get to listen to a world expert in the field.
OSA Consultant Ann Blackmore will be on our stand on Saturday and will be happy to offer insights on any aspect of MDR/MHRA and other legislative issues that members wish to discuss. You can see a list of presentations on the OSA stand here
If members have any questions or comments on any aspect of OSA and 100% the Chair, Dr Andy Hepworth, would be delighted to chat to you about it. Please contact him on [email protected] .
Please also remember that we will be holding our OSA Summer Members’ Meeting at the Belfry on 6-7 June. We will be releasing more information on this soon and look forward to discussing this more with members at 100%.
