With 100% Optical now being pushed back to 23-25 April, we want to remind OSA members there is still time to take advantage of some of the great opportunities available to our members at the show.

Meeting Rooms

The OSA stand provides sufficient space for two meeting rooms (one can hold 4 and one can hold 6 people). OSA members are welcome to use our meeting rooms FOR FREE.  Simply email [email protected] if this is something you would like to arrange before the exhibition. Alternatively, you can simply show up to the stand and check availability on any given day.

Presentation and Lecture Slots

The UK optical industry would not function without the work and research that our members do and 100% Optical is the perfect showcase for member organisations.  The CPD programme is finalised for the show, so while no education can be offered from the stand, each OSA member has the opportunity to hold presentations / lectures on the stand at no cost.  A brief synopisis of any such lecture will be uploaded onto the 100% website so word can get out on your lecture in the run up to the show. This can be on anything from eye health to technology to data*.  Please contact [email protected] by 18 February if you would like to book this.*Please note, you will not be able to advertise or sell products from the OSA stand

Many members have already sent logos to be displayed on the OSA stand.  If this is something any OSA member company would like to do, please send a logo to [email protected] by 18 February.

All three options above are available to all OSA members – whether exhibiting or not

As this is the first show since the Covid pandemic, it is likely to be buzzing. If you simply wish to take a break from your stand or your visit to sit and take some time out with a coffee, all OSA members are most welcome to do so with tea/coffee and water available from our stand. We hope to see as many of our members as possible at 100% Optical to take advantage of all the fantastic networking, knowledge and industry information it has to offer.
