The OSA’s Autumn Meeting will take place on 27 October at the St Pancras Hotel in London, providing member companies with the chance to learn more about organising their own CPD sessions.
Looking ahead to 100% Optical and other opportunities to engage with the profession, the meeting will provide details on how to stage your own accredited educational events. OSA Board member, Andy Sanders, has extensive experience and he will lead the session –
“Our members can potentially use the OSA to look after their CPD aims, or to register as a CPD provider themselves. The October meeting will provide the support and details on how to guide members to extend their engagement with their professional partners. We are expecting representatives from ABDO and other organisations to attend and to help steer this initiative.”
The highly valued OSA regulatory update will be given by Ann Blackmore, along with the opportunity to ask questions which may well be relevant to other members facing the same UK, European and international challenges.
Opticare Innovations, the OSA’s commercial arm, will outline the initiatives and collaborations within optics that are underway. Also, there will be the latest update of AI in the management of contact lens patients.
