The regular (normally biannual) General meetings provide the forum for ensuring that while the Board of directors oversee the day to day running of OSA, members are involved in all aspects of OSA’s planning.
These meetings offer the opportunity for members to receive industry specific presentations, provide the opportunity to network with colleagues and keep up to date with developments in optical supplying. OSA encourages member collaboration and these meetings are a perfect opportunity for membership input into the organisation.
The last General Meeting was on 22 October via Zoom. There was a full update from the Chairman on a busy end to 2020 as well as presentations on 100% Optical and on the new Medical Devices Regulations. Members were also asked to have THEIR say on OSA via a survey.
The next meetings are scheduled for 24 March and 20 October 2021 with full details announced soon.
